CX Delivery Manager | Proyectos Digitales & Relación con Cliente

We’re looking for a highly driven Customer Experience Manager to lead key CX initiatives for a major consumer brand in Mexico. If you enjoy working with clients, coordinating digital projects, and turning insights into real business results, this role is a great fit.
💼 What We Offer
- $60,000–$80,000 MXN per month (depending on experience)
- Hybrid work model in Roma Norte, CDMX (1–2 days per week onsite)

📋 What You’ll Do
- Act as the main point of contact for the client’s marketing and CX teams
- Lead end-to-end delivery of digital and CX projects
- Coordinate internal experts, external partners, and client stakeholders
- Run Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with clear insights and next steps
- Understand the client’s customer data, CRM, and CX strategy
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, performance, and customer experience
🎯 Ideal Profile
- 3–5 years in a digital agency, consultancy, or marketing operations role
- 3+ years managing Agile projects (Delivery Manager, Product Owner, Scrum, etc.)
- Strong experience in client management and relationship building
- Advanced English (you’ll work with global teams)
- Excellent communication skills
- Organized, analytical, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership
💎 Nice-to-Have
- Experience with CDPs, CRM platforms, analytics, or martech tools
- Team leadership or vendor management
- Experience in commercial negotiations
